WHAT IS COVERED
What is included in the service?
Every service covers your complete eFoil system, flitecell and controller, so you can ride with full confidence.
Comprehensive eFoil inspection
Full inspection of your eFoil including replacement of motor seals, O-rings, oil, anodes and wing pads. We check every component that keeps your board watertight and running smoothly, replacing anything showing wear before it becomes a problem.
Pressure test
Your efoil is pressure tested to verify water ingress protection is fully intact. This critical step ensures your motor and electronics remain protected from water entry, giving you complete confidence every time you hit the water.
End Cap/Jet Service
Complete condition check of your fuselage, gearbox, end cap or jet unit including replacing all seals, bearings, anode and oils. A properly maintained efoil ensures smooth, consistent performance, reduces unnecessary wear and importantly, protects it from water ingress.
Flite Controller
A thorough assessment of your Flite Controller including overall condition, button response, and a full check of the trigger mechanism. We ensure your controller is responding precisely and reliably before it goes back in your hands.
Software updates
We check your Fliteboard for the latest firmware and apply all available software updates. Keeping your board up to date ensures optimal performance, access to new features, and compatibility with the latest Flite app.
Flite App logging
All service work is recorded directly within the Flite App, giving you a clear and detailed log of your board’s full service history. This keeps your warranty records up to date and makes future servicing easy to track and plan.

Everything You Need to Know
Contact the Fliteschool Noosa team by phone or via email to arrange a service time. We’ll confirm availability and let you know what to bring.
The Flite App will remind you based on your usage hours and time since your last service. Fliteboards require servicing every 1 year or 100 hours, whichever comes first for prop units and 2 years or 200 hours for Jet units.
Bring your eFoil, Flite Controller, and Fliteboard if you have a Series 1. We also recommend bringing your Flitecell so we can carry out a full battery health assessment at the same time. Ensure your equipment has been registered and linked under “Product Registration” in the Flite App.
Turnaround time varies depending on workload and parts availability. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book and keep you updated throughout. In most cases we offer same dynamic turnaround with the option to demo other equipment while you wait.
